NATURA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Natura Spa. To ensure an enjoyable and seamless experience for all our clients, please take note of the following Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Group Bookings and Spa Day Packages

• A £20 per person deposit is required to secure all group bookings and spa day packages.

• Deposits are non-refundable. However, they are transferable if the booking is rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the original booking date.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the booking will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

 

2. Online Bookings

• Full payment is required upfront for all online bookings.

• Online bookings are non-refundable, including cancellations.

 

3. Cancellations

• We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your booking.

• If cancellations are made less than 48 hours prior to the booking, the full payment or deposit will be retained and cannot be refunded or transferred.

 

4. General

• By making a booking with Natura Spa, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

• Natura Spa reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

Services Cancellation Policy

At Natura Spa, we value your time and ours. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’ll always do our best to be flexible.

To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

 

 

Online Bookings – A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Please note, this deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. However, if you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling – We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your booking.

Less than 48 Hours’ Notice – If you cancel within 48 hours, unfortunately your deposit will be lost and no refund can be given.

No-Shows & Late Cancellations – Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full appointment cost.

Our policy is for all beauty treatments, spa treatments, spa day packages, Aesthetics and Hair salon services.

Monthly Spa Memberships
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Membership Activation

• Monthly spa memberships become active on the date of purchase or as otherwise agreed during signup.

• Members will receive confirmation of activation via email or in writing.

2. Membership Duration

• Monthly memberships are ongoing and will automatically renew every month.

• For 12-month memberships, the membership is valid for 12 consecutive months from the date of activation and cannot be paused or extended unless under exceptional circumstances as approved by the spa.

3. Non-Cancellation Policy

• Once a membership is activated, it cannot be cancelled during its active period.

• Members committing to the 12-month membership acknowledge that this is a binding agreement for the full duration of 12 months, with no option for early termination or refunds.

4. Membership Fees

• Monthly membership fees will be charged automatically at the agreed rate on the same date each month.

• For 12-month memberships, full payment may be required upfront or charged monthly as part of a fixed commitment.

5. Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable.

• In cases of disputes or exceptional circumstances, the spa management may review the situation but is not obligated to issue refunds.

6. Membership Benefits

• Members are entitled to benefits and services as outlined in their membership package. These benefits are non-transferable and must be utilised during the membership period.

7. Changes to Membership

• The spa reserves the right to make reasonable changes to membership benefits, services, or pricing with prior notice.

8. Suspension or Termination by the Spa

• The spa reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships in cases of misuse, non-compliance with spa policies, or inappropriate behaviour. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

9. Liability

• The spa is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the use of spa facilities, except where caused by negligence.

 

10. Agreement

 

• By purchasing a membership, members agree to these terms and conditions in full.
